1) se connecter à https://espacetri.fftri.com/ pour creer son espace
2) faire sa demande de licence en ligne
3) imprimer les documents.
4) donner lors du premier entraînement les documents imprimés, le certificat médical et le règlement correspondant à l’adhésion club et la licence choisie.

Option natation : +50€/an
LICENCE ADULTE

Licence Compétition FFCO : 70€/an

Non : 30€/an
